Enquiries, quotations and projects
Submitting an enquiry does not require you to buy and does not require Einstein to accept a project. Any initial scope, timing, budget discussion or estimate is indicative until the parties agree a written quotation, proposal, statement of work or other contract. That project agreement will take precedence over these website terms if there is a conflict.
You are responsible for giving us accurate information and for confirming that you have authority to submit information on behalf of a business or other person.
Ask Einstein and AI-generated information
Ask Einstein may use artificial intelligence to organise your description and suggest a draft project brief. AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it. It does not provide legal, financial or other professional advice, set a final price or delivery date, or create a contract. The enquiry form remains available without AI.
Do not enter passwords, payment card details, identity numbers, health information, trade secrets or other sensitive or confidential material into Ask Einstein.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
- submit harmful, deceptive, abusive or unlawful content;
- probe, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
- introduce malware or use automated tools in a way that interferes with the service; or
- misrepresent your identity, authority or relationship with another person or organisation.
We may restrict access to protect the website, other users or our legal rights.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, its design, text, graphics, branding, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Einstein Solutions Ltd.
